Using Support

Boiling Pot Media is excited to launch a support ticket system.

Here’s why we wanted to do this:

  • we can accept and structure support requests and new projects
  • we have multiple staff and can delegate support requests more easily

There are two ways that you can interface with support:

If you have forgotten your password, or your password doesn’t seem to work, you can reset your password.

Once logged in, you will be able to review and respond to your tickets:


You can also manage and create support tickets via email.

To create a ticket via email, simply compose a message with a descriptive subject line summarizing what you need, and detail the problem in the email body. Send your email to

You will get a notification when your ticket is generated. When BPM staff will respond to your ticket, you will also get an email notification. You may simply reply to the email to continue the discussion. Your email replies will be added to the ticket automatically.
